Star Birth_2015 Cosmos Imagining the Universe, Annmarie Arts Center In Association with the Smithsonian Institution National Juried Exhibition, Feb 13 - July 26
The Artography series is as an experimental alternative photographic process that involves painting photo chemistry on to photo paper and then exposing the paper to light. There is no negative and the photographic paper becomes the original. I then photograph the original print and further alter the images digitally, pushing the envelope of this expressive yet accidental process.
Space exploration is experimental and built on the determination to press forward the foundation of knowledge of past predecessors’ theories with a continued effort to discover new truths that will dictate the future of human existence.
