Strawberry Fields Not Forever

Strawberry Fields Not Forever_2019 Celebrate-Ag, Madera Arts Council, Sep 12-Oct 23

The photograph titled " Strawberry Fields Not Forever" is a digitally manipulated image of a farm and a large strawberry placed on the back of a flat-bed truck. I would purposely take the long way home to pass by this farm that is no longer: sold to development of what I call "Yucko-Stucco" track homes. The mountains in the background, just a few miles away are part of the Cleveland National Forrest located in Orange County California. The area stretches from Riverside to San Diego County and was created by President Theodore Roosevelt in 1908 and named after former president Grover Cleveland.
