Love Bus
Inspired by current events in which we find ourselves in the middle of a pandemic and distraught by police brutality and social injustice. The photograph titled "Love Bus" started with the background image of a city bus taken in San Francisco with the enduring quote from Martin Luther King, Jr. A photo of Reverend King was located and using Photoshop, he was placed on the bus. The image with his hand resting on his face has a contemplation of being deep in thought and expressing sympathy for where we are in our society today. Most everyone on the bus is looking at their cell phones in an isolated lonely way. A mask was added on the person at the center of the bus to give emphasis to the present day and the importance it symbolizes. If only love could be a virus.
